We developed a program specifically for them, using our continuous improvement model. This included classroom training focussing on best practice needs-based sales for the frontline consultants, a team leader coach the coach program, and a best practice quality monitoring program.
We provided ongoing support in the form of direct on the job coaching of frontline staff to help them integrate and practice the skills they’d learned in classroom training. Additionally, weekly telephone role-plays with feedback and development plans were also introduced.
