Over the past 10 years Steve has specialised in developing significant attitudinal and behavioural change communication campaigns that have included Worksafe, Dept. of Sustainability and Environment, Dept. of Human Services, ME Bank, CommSec and Industry Super Funds. He works with management to devise strategies for long-term, sustainable transformation that is great for both the customer, the business and themselves. Loves to challenge traditional paradigms to bring a strong consumer perspective to the equation to turn an organisation’s customer experience focus to something more than just lip service.
